The hotel has a very good location and staff is highly mature, cooperating and friendly and extremely professional. I recommend that people from Gulf should also stay in the same hotel.

Thanks for your kindness, I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful place! I found it very easy to come from the airport to the hotel, and I recommand it to solo traveleres, you can come by taxi, or by metro! Or you can pre-reserve your a private transfer, I did that and he helped me with the bags as soon as I arrived to the airport!.. The location of the hotel is in Sultan Ahmet, near little Ayasofya mosque, which is the heart of touristic places, 5 minutes from Sultan Ahmet square and 15 minutes on feet to Grandbazar, and about all ainformation, you can ask the reception, they are very kind and it's safer to go what they recommand you... They know the place very well... The cleaning is very good, 24 Fresh & Clean..

We booked a standard double room with great amenities, and everyone here was really helpful and friendly.

Very nice place, well appointed, with friendly staff. We booked the five bed room which looked nice but it had a folding coach for two people. It would have been crowded, I explained that I booked a room for 5 adults expecting to find five beds and the gentleman who did the check in immediately offered us an adjacent room at no extra price! It is this attitude of going the extra mile that makes this place special.
It would be nice to have a sign on the door with the name of the hotel. Everything else is named ottoman in the area and our hotel had trouble finding this place.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It'll take 15-20 minutes walk to Blue Mosque. Got few mini markets and restaurant nearby the hotel.
I wish the night staff could improve their English and wifi signal was not that strong for rooms in the basement.

Cheap and friendly staff. Many thank to Mr. Gunay for his kind assistant.
A bit cram in the lobby & dining area. Be prepared to climb a steep slope if you plan to walk to Grand Bazzar and Tram Station.

Everything was perfect. Extremely nice rooms (had experience in anohter hotel in Istanbul and know how it may be), very good breakfast. Quiet and beatiful street close to the sea and to main attractions. Photography museum is 100 meters from it. I'll definitely will stay here again next time.
Nothing.

The name of the hotel
They cheated me on the airport transfer in broad daylight...charging 50 Euros for a one way pick up....and they don't feel guilty doing that even the shuttle company located few doors away clearly displayed the much much lower price. They really seeking their own demise. I will definitely give a 100% miss on this local home not even a hotel. Those who reviewed and gave a thumbs up must be someone connected to the hotel staff....
